"What a great ryokan experience! Definitely a highlight of our trip. This was our introduction to an onsen and it was perfect. The meals are a must! The food is so fresh and delicious. "Lovely stay in a Japanese style hotel. We are travelling around Japan and this is the only traditional hotel we have stayed in. We loved the experience of slippers on arrival, yukata robe for dinner, futons transforming our tatami room to a bedroom, traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast. Super helpful staff for us novices!"

"Mitsui Garden doesn't dissapoint. While this particular hotel was not as grand as the one in Taiwan where I stayed previously, the brand is something that I will always consider. I like the idea that there's a guest lounge where you can relax outside of the room. Light snack is offered but don't expect much. Breakfast is sufficient .Overall, it was a comfortable accomodation. "
