"There was no staff that works the desk, so you’re on your own when checking in. The hotel has no amenities. Worst, no air conditioning. Since it was the middle of a summer heatwave, the room was like an oven. They should at least have fans or something."

"This is my second visit and the apartment was great as last time. My only concerns this time was that there was no desk which is in the listing. So I had to work either at the breakfast bar or on the sofa which wasn’t ideal. The apartment was also a strange shape meaning washing up was really difficult ..."
