Clean room, nice staff. Efficient, no frills hotel.

The balcony we got was a view of ugly dirty rooftops with air conditioners and nothing more than that.. I would love to give this property of five star review but the fact of the matter is the picture is make the rooms look much bigger than they are. It doesn't say much about the sink being in the middle of the room and not having an actual bathroom. The beds are extremely hard and the quarters are close. For a boutique hotel with somebody who's not picky about the beds and just wants to be in Little Italy I'm sure it's fine but for us it would not work but I'm extremely grateful that they gave us a refund despite the fact that it was a non-refundable booking. I also credit Expedia and our platinum membership for that. The front desk and the management was very helpful with that and I appreciated it very much. If not for that it would have ruined our whole trip cuz I was traveling with my mother and we have specific needs. So Props to them for that.

Nice place to stay in the city

Rooms were a bit tired looking. Beds were comfortable and in a very convenient location

Our stay at the Sheraton was good. Seems like they just renovated the lobby which was very nice and clean. It hadn’t been fully furnished yet (the new area) but a lot of potential and will look wonderful I’m sure once done. The rooms were fine, we didn’t spend lots of time in there. They could use a little refresh. The showers were a bit over used you could tell. At check in they could have used a few more people as there was a line up. But everyone was friendly. Good for the couple nights we needed.
