"Very nice clean hotel. No complaints at all great stay."

"Air conditioning was at 60 when we got there, brr! Had to turn on heat a bit to get chill off. Toilet sets very low to the ground. Staff very polite and helpful. We would stay again."

"It was filthy. It hasn’t been probably cleaned I believe EVER. The toilet had feces and mold in it. The shower and bathroom had black hairs all over. The ceiling had water stains. The carpets turned out socks black. We found beetles which may have been roaches everywhere. The fire alarm had no batteries. Don’t stay here."

"The things that I noticed was, we did not have room service. We had no clean towels and our tub and toilet didn’t look clean. My sheets had small holes in them and the TV remote wasn’t working."

"Main elevator was down the whole 4 days of our stay. Door lock on room needed to be replaced as card keys didn't work. No housekeeping was done for the 3 days we were there & ran out of towels/ toilet paper. When trying to call front desk after 2 rings a recording says front desk not available call back later. Very frustrating"

"Why is there no rating for the bed? It seems like there is something fishy going on there is no rating for bad. The bed was lumpy. I think there should be three main measures of a hotel room: bad, does the heat/AC work, And the noise level of the heat/AC. The AC ran just fine. But none of this matters if you have a crappy bed."

"Checking in wasn’t the best experience. I was told I had booked 2 rooms with Expedia when it was only one. Then after checking I was wondering if the breakfast was still included like I had seen online? I had to go back to the desk to ask because she didn’t tell me anything about breakfast!"

"This probably the best we've stayed at! Very clean. Very security minded. Very nice neighborhood. Seemed to be lost to do i. The area. Theme park. Casino. They even had a list of places to eat ready to go. This is our new hotel if we are in the area!"

"I was so impressed with this hotel. They were so friendly. The hotel was one of the most CLEAN places I've stayed. The morning breakfast was an added bonus. Great food with eggs, sausage, waffles, pancakes, cereal, juices, fruit etc. I would stay here every time when in Iowa. Thak you to the staff for making me feel comfortable."
