"Every single thing was wonderful as always during our stay. Unfortunately I have had to phone the hotel after coming home. They have taken £102 too mach for our two night stay. It was lucky that I checked my account. Hopefully I will recieve this money asap. So even though our stay was great I was really disappointed overall. "
