"Clean room great air conditioning "

"Love that the room was spacious and actually had a true king bed (seems to be a rare find on our trip). A bus right outside the hotel brought us easily to the Shibuya area. Otherwise travelling from a subway station nearby was easy access, although we found the Keo line confusing. But coming back to this hotel was a nice piece of relaxation. The rooftop area is also a nice touch."

"It annoyed me that, when I chose this hotel, they failed to specify that the pool would not be open because it wasn't the right season. It is completely absurd, as I booked this hotel specifically for the pool. The hotel's location is entirely inconvenient; it is too far removed from everything, and once the trains stop running, taking an Uber becomes prohibitively expensive. There are no bars or places to go out at night—and, of course, the pool isn't open either. I feel this is a place strictly for families who need to go to bed early—and nothing else."

"Location is great if Shinjuku is your vibe, very busy hotel and area! Room was quite small for the price, not enough space to open luggage so had to chuck it on the bed which wasn’t ideal. The hotel accepted luggage forwarding and had it in our room waiting upon check in! Staff were great in these processes too. Sadly the terrace where the Godzilla head is was closed during our stay for some reason so bit disappointing."

"Great location that’s a little more peaceful area, away from the craziness of Shinjuku shopping district but just a short bus ride away or a nice walk! The restaurant is incredible. The bakery is amazing and our room had a great view of the cool Metropolitan government building and beautiful park."

"Excellent location but a bit away from the main light rail lines.. very close to all the shops and restaurants in the heart of Shinjuku though. Rooms were small but functional, if you're concerned about the bed, you can ask for additional mattress pads for more "western" style comfort."
