"Other than the lady at the first check in desk being completely unfriendly and annoyed that my husband couldn't hear what she was saying because he lost most of his hearing in the Vietnam War and she didn't bother to try to tell us anything, like how to use our key for the elevators and that there was no house keeping so we had to ask for towels and rags, the other customers had to tell us what to do, but the hotel was very nice overall!!! If we go back we will make sure we don't go to that...
