"We walked from train station and did not have an automobile at the site. Yet--we were charged for valet parking of a vehicle---$55 despite telling the desk that we did not have a vehicle and did not need valet parking. Please correct this error. "

You have to go over this ridiculously huge bridge in order to get to the beach, which is a very rocky beach so we just drove to Laguna each day. One thing I was very disappointed in was the fact I specifically decided to book this place so I can relax in the hot tub and look at the ocean. The view from the hot tub is good. "The building and room were excellent. I parked off street and was steps from my room. I ordered a pizza and the delivery was smooth! The bed was amazing and I loved the sheets! "Very clean, comfortable room, nice breakfast. Very conveniently located near town and right off highway. Laundry area was sufficient but only 2 washers/dryers in place. Parking was convenient however spaces were extremely narrow/tight. I'd definitely recommend this hotel."
