Lo malo que para que te asignen las habitaciones que tienen ventana hacia un lado del edificio debías pagar usd 35 por noche (una locura) segun ellos porque tenían balcón como si fuera con vista al mar, las toallas rotas, papel higiénico escaso y lo mismo el Jabón de tocador. Se debe mejorar porque el precio es alto por lo que no se puede cometer este tipo de errores. Nota: no me permitr subir imágenes para demostrar lo dicho"

"It is a very cute hotel in the center of of Cuenca's historic district close to very good restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and clean. That being said, it is a busy loud area and my room had a street side balcony. So if you have sleep issues this isn't a good choice for you. The amenities were few but I did appreciate being able to refill my water. Also, I found the cats adorable but if you are allergic you need to be aware of them."
