"Mixed experience - The front desk staff are wonderful - very courteous, helpful, and accommodating. The lobby is clean and so were the kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Unfortunately, I have to ding them on cleanliness of the bed area. We booked the Japanese style room and the tatami floors were really gross (like, dirtiest I've ever seen). Management should have had these changed out. We also found hairs on the sheets for the futons and one of the mattress pad had stains. Our western style...
