Dejligt sted og dejligt hotel med pool og strand. Bølgerne var dog voldsomme, så det blev en pool ferie. Hvis man kan lide at snorkle er det nok ikke Sri Lanka man skal vælge.
Nice pool/beach area - but terrible family bungalows!!
My family and I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in March 2016 and we were highly disappointed of the family bungalow. The standard of the family bungalow did not at all correspond to the price. It was the same standard that I'm used to when I go on backpacking trips with a very limited budget... Disgusting bathroom with mould, broken toilet, dirty towels, broken air-conditioner, staircase connecting bottom floor with upstairs floor was dangerous due to the way it's built, broken balcony rail, dirty chair cushions for outdoor, generally very dark room with outdated furniture etc. Stay away from the family bungalows if you do not want to have backpacking standard, and if you do book, do not expect to get what you pay for. Apparently though there is a difference between the family bungalows and the double rooms - the double rooms were good according to other hotel guests that we talked to.
The hotel area is nice and the food was good. The pool is really great and the beach outside of the hotel as well - but with very high waves so be aware.
The hotel is located close to a nightclub and during our 2 weeks there were 2 nights when loud techno music was NOT played. In other words - do expect loud music to be played almost every night.
The service was okay, not bad and not necessarily great either. We did get to use their suite as we arrived early in the morning and check-in wasn't until in a couple of hours. This we appreciated very much.
L'hotel directement sur la magnifique plage, la tranquilité des lieux (pas de musique et c'est parfait comme ça!), personnel serviable et souriant, nourriture excellente
Excellent location and beautiful pool, stayed in deluxe room and had no issues, wifi even worked in the room because we were so close to the pool. We were on half board so had are breakfasts and dinners there, buffet style nothing special just good food. The location can not be beat right on the beach in prime position
