"Stayed 2 Nights. 1/27-28 Had a long layover in Columbo On the 28th which started at noon. We booked the room for 2 nights to ensure that it would be ready when we got there and we would not have to wait for a check in time. Planned to check out around 11 PM The that day for our flight. Hotel is listed as right near airport, and had a shuttle. Actually it is about 10 minutes from the airport in a residential neighborhood with nothing around. No restaurants, stores…nothing. "We stayed here for one night after a late flight to Sri Lanka. The location is close to the airport, but not close to much else. The owners are very friendly and cooked us a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast."
