"Nice, clean, fresh hotel, with very good location, very good breakfast, nice sky bar, and a comfortable room. Only strange issue - hot water in the bathroom is not a problem, but making water cold in a bahroom is very problematic - and I meet this problem second time in this hotel."

"Hotel is dated but rooms are spacious and comfortable. Receptionists are rude, don’t understand the basic customer service skills, hardly speak English (which is not an issue but given this is a hotel they can at lest attempt to use google translator), don’t understand how to resolve issues.i used the spa and it was great. Had a massage with a guy and he was very good. Gym was ok. Lobby area looks like Soviet times which I like but surely not for everyone’s taste.
Hotel is far from the centre...
