I liked everything there was to like about this hotel. The only reason for the 4 stars for staff & service, was because we asked to have our garbage removed and needed a couple of towels and it didn't happen.

Located downtown. Lobby is located at ground level to University Ave. Across from the post office. Nothing special to view. There’s a small bar in the lobby with some food. Everything was clean. Rooms are quiet. Large bathroom, walk-in shower.

We were in Minneapolis to visit the University of Minnesota for my daughter and everyone at the hotel was so helpful! We used the shuttle service to and from the university, and the staff was so excited to share their own experiences and give helpful information about college life in the region. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay! In fact, if our kiddo chooses to attend school there in the fall we will be staying there a whole lot more.

Property has decent amenities such as 24 hour laundry and gym, it's very clean and well lit. Staff is exceptional and friendly. Downside is the use of disposable plates and cutlery for breakfast. A jarring contrast to all the amenities and service.

The room was very nice and spacious. The security and parking were very good. The breakfast was very good. The staff was excellent. They helped in any way they could, answered questions about everything- amenities, surroundings, and things to do- and they went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful!

Superb hotel
Finding a place to park to check in was difficult however, our stay was phenomenal!! Super clean and the staff is fantastic. Matt went above and beyond with his help!!

The room was amazing confusing on which part to check in on and the lady that checked me in was super rude… and unneeded stayed there cause it was close to my daughter’s hospital that we had to be at super early for her chemo and she didn’t like the fact that my family member was paying for my hotel room… she needs better people skills and not to judge…
