Very nice property however, the showerheads very cheap for that type of room and the trays were cleaned out and I was taking a shower and the water overflowed my feet.

The breakfast was the most outstanding of the hotel. The room keys were easy once figured out. Staff was awesome! Bathroom was dirty with looked like urine around the toilet and no trash bags in any cans. Was nice having parking right out back and very convenient to get to the target center. Beds were ok. Will bring my own blanket, our bed with hotel supplied blanket was stained with brown streaks. im hoping it was stained and not just re made.

They need to cut a hole in the fence to have a Direct way into the hotel. Otherwise you have to go around a dangerous corner where there’s homeless people to walk to your car.

The property was wonderful, with the exception of a couple issues. Positive: The staff was very friendly & helpful. The premises were clean & updated. The room was very clean. Breakfast was nice with many options. Negative: The property was hard to initially get to being on 1-way streets. There are no signs to tell you how to get there or to come to the back to get in the building. The parking, although convenient, is less than ideal. It's right behind the building & gated, but there's only one entrance. Then you have to walk around the gate to get back to the hotel. If there was an opening in the gate right at the hotel doors it would make loading & unloading, or simply getting to your car much easier. The parking is also a bit sketchy as it's backed up to an alley & not very well lit. I was afraid for my car either being stolen or damaged, honestly. Fortunately it was fine. My last complaint is housekeeping is very loud. They allow the hotel doors to slam when going in & out, which, early in the morning, is a huge disappointment if you're trying to sleep. All in all, I really liked the hotel cleanliness, modern features, amenities, & friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for catching a game at Target Center. Great restaurants and a grocery store very close by. Parking was inexpensive (comparatively) and easy to access for in and out. We will stay here again when we are down for Twins or Wolves games!

Overall our stay was really nice. The Front desk concierge in the evenings was really nice and helpful. I appreciate great customer service which this location has. I would definitely book again in the future. My only hold back was that our room wasn’t cleaned but over all 9/10 stay.

We were at the Target Center for state dance. Easy walking distance to and from. Hotel was nice, staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast had a good variety. Thanks for a good experience.

Nice hotel but...
Place is nice and staff was great. Only 2 complaints are that the pillows are horrible, should've brought my own. 2nd is that I was aware of a $100 deposit I had to pay after checking in. There was no notice of this when I booked the hotel, definitely would have picked a different hotel had I known this upfront. Having to pay another $100 upfront meant we had to cut our trip short since we were out $100. I know we will get the money back in a few days, but that will be to late since our trip will be over. Will definitely find different place next time coming to the cities.

My only complaint is that the hot tub was out of use for part of our stay. My grandson loved it there and the atmosphere.
