Rooms are clean but staffing was not so great. Took a long time to check in to the point about 5 other people were behind me until after about 7 to 10 mins later another staff person showed up to help. Then the next day i went to the front desk for toilet paper and with two people in front of me it took almost 30mins no lie before i was helped. and the check in line behind me was out the door. Other than little to slow staff the hotel is nice, clean and enjoyable i would stay again!

Nice place, our first morning there was no coffee, second morning the coffee was there but very strong. We went for a concert at Excel, they arranged to have a shuttle driver that night and he was awesome! What happened to the cookie? We didnt get one when we checked in and niether did the 2 groups we rode with in the shuttle?

The pool is really really small and you itch when u get out well the person i was with and myself did and a little girl. The front desk lady sherry was the best

The girl sherry front desk went above and beyond. The room I paid for didnt have hot water was down graded to 2 queen beds. She was over booked and handled it very professionally. She did help me but cant really do nothing because i booked 3rd party. the pool is tiny and needs to be cleaned.

The bar area was having ALOT of challenges but the young woman (working alone) on Saturday night was running like a wild woman and keeping things going. She deserves a BIG raise! Sheri at the front desk is a customer service ROCK STAR!! Our stay started VERY rocky after being left stranded by VRBO and she did everything she could to make our stay easy. THANK YOU Sheri! You are a treasure!!

Average hotel, no shampoo in the room, no towels, had to see the reception and ask for shampoo and towels and the reception lady provided two small shampoos. Area around the hotel was lame. Thin walls, you can hear noise from the other room, even curtains when they close or open them in the other room. Hot tub doesnt work properly.

I booked a room at this hotel because they have a shuttle, which was perfect because we had a concert at the Xcel Center. When I got to the hotel I asked about it and she cut me off and said the shuttle wasn’t available for tonight. I sad that’s fine, the concert was the next night. She looked at her phone and said it wasn’t available that night either. So I ending up driving to the venue and when I got back the shuttle was actually bringing people back from the same venue. Also, the room didn’t seem like it was cleaned very well. There were crumbs on the floor and the counters looked like they were wiped with a dirty rag. I’ve stayed in worse hotels but I don’t think I would go back to this one.

All in all OK
Restaurant at hotel was very good. Hotel was noisy especially late in the evening. AC is room kept turning off so the room was warm. Overall, decent place to stay.
