"We had got room service, ordering supper after a long drive and it arived hot and fast. Valete parking was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend staying there. The only issue is dealing with the trafic to get in when its busy, but everything is in walking distance once you are there. "

"HORRIBLE end to our stay. We only slept in the room and when we woke up the next morning, we were shaking the covers to make sure nothing was left behind, we found BLOOD ON OUR DUVET! It wasn’t a stain. It was unwashed BLOOD. When shown to staff they immediately said “im not able to deal with this a manager comes at 2” I asked for them to call me and I have yet to receive a call. I’m absolutely disgusted and will never step foot here again! "

"The property is clean and well maintianed. Breakfast in the resruarant on teh 4th foor was incredible. My room was perfect. All of this was a bit overshadowed by some concerning experiences. I was in room 902. Calls from other guests wanting to speak to room service or guest services kept getting routed to my room, about 10 in all. Apearently they have a new phone system. There were issues with the in room coffee maker. Additionally, good thing I checked my charges at teh desk upon checkout. There was roughly $120.00 in charges being billed to my card that were not mine. The front desk staff did manage to correct the errors. I dod purchase a robe and was given a $50 discount for all the trouble. They should have covered breakfast too. . . "
