We loved staying at The Crazy Water. The customer service was outstanding. The only downfall was not having a spot in the shower for your soap and shampoo/conditioner.

Beautifully renovated hotel from the 1800’s! Exceptional restaurant in hotel. The Second Kitchen! Hotel and area buildings around hotel are still a work in progress. Lots of construction excitement. Amazing what has been accomplished so far. Will definitely return!

Nostalgic stay at this Grand Hotel. Only a few miles from The Best Burgers in Texas, Woodys. Large reception area with many shops to see and browse. The attached Brewery was fun that in clouded live music. Across the street from a 50’s diner called Happy Days. The size of our room was huge and highly comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I arrived late so dining was over. Very limited choices so that was a little bit disappointing. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Once a nice surprise to have a kitchenette. Staff was friendly. Housecleaning was great. Only downfall was the street noise of traffic late and early throughout our stay. We put nature sounds on at night and it helped drown out the traffic noise. Enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is aged but beautiful. The restaurant inside had wonderful customer service but the food wasn’t all that good. The coffee shop has great coffee and you have to try the water. We took a bottle of level 3 water home and enjoyed it.

A beautiful newly remodeled historic hotel that has a great feel from the moment you walk in the door. The room was spacious with a kitchen and living room and a large bedroom. We enjoyed a fun evening at the New Years Eve party in the upstairs ballroom that overlooks the town. Before the evening, we shopped in the stores and had a beer at Rickhouse brewery all located on the first floor of the hotel.

Beautiful upscale hotel in the downtown area with walking to many choices for shopping, dining, and nightlife. I highly recommend The Crazy Water Hotel for any type of visit to Mineral Wells.

Great historic hotel.
Nice clean hotel, very clean and historical. Good bar with own brewery and restaurant. Only downside, after hours they do not sell water only sodas, there are no stores or vending machines.

Very cool historic hotel with newly renovated rooms! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the 5th floor which was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, a pull out couch in the living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with dishes, utensils, etc. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze! Parking was the only issue that we had. During our stay was the Merry Wells event and the parade downtown so the parking around the hotel was limited. This is probably not an issue on regular weekends though.

I would have liked and needed at least 2 bottles of Crazy Water per guest in our room. One each was not enough. Not many restaurant eating options on a Tuesday evening.

First of all, I was told by the hotel several weeks in advance to call the hotel directly the day of my stay to get early checkin or request sofa sleeper. When I called I was promised a 2:30 checkin but when I got there, they said my room wasn’t ready. When someone promises me something I expect them to deliver as promised. I had to wait until almost 5:00 to checkin so very disappointed but the overall stay was ok. The hotel was stocked with bare essentials but since we stayed overnight for 1 night wasn’t a huge problem.

If you're a heavy sleeper, this is the hotel.
The room was nice and clean, our room faced the main Street which made it very loud at night. You can hear cars and motorcycles throughout the night. The TVs had trouble connecting most of the time.

Beautiful hotel! Room was so comfortable and clean. Walkable to bars, dining and shopping. Beautiful view of the area from top floor . Service was fantastic. We were entered in a car show that took place in the downtown area. . Had a wonderful time and will stay again very soon!!

It was okay, but won't be back
Our room was facing the street; the street is LOUD. The bed had what felt like a crater in it. It looks good, but was very uncomfortable. The windows are nailed shut. There is no peephole on the door.

Love the hotel atmosphere
Absolutely love our stay, nice get away for some alone time and just visit the local shops. Rooms are more than spacious and lots of accommodations.

Very well remodeled while keeping many of the attractive features of an old hotel. Our room was actually three with a comfortable bed, lots of closet space and a more than sufficient kitchen space. The bathroom was more than expected as well.
