"I had a very satisfying stay at The Cliff Lodge at Snowbird. The complimentary shuttle to Alta was a great convenience, and the on-site facilities—including the restaurant, café, ski lockers, and ski services—were all excellent. The ski-in/ski-out access was especially convenient and enhanced the overall experience. The only minor drawback was that the café closed a bit earlier than expected."

"There is a good amount of construction going on at the property and finding the entrance took a few minutes. BUT - the staff are fantastic, the property will be very nice when all is completed. The rooms were nice and fairly new. The location is beautiful and the sprawling nature of the location is nice. Did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. The hot spring is a cool amenity and should be checked out. When you arrive, use the valet to park AND to help with the amenities and...

"The location was great at the top of Main Street in Park City, the room, staff and property left something to be desired. Room: bed not completely made, shower curtain ripped, towels had holes, no dead bolt or safe on door. Staff: never had anyone at front desk answer the phone - not one time in the 7 attempts over 4 months I tried - sad. Property: we were in the building on Park Ave - trash overflowing cans and one had been ripped over so trash cascading down the hill to the hot tub; 3 huge...

"Great access to the ski lifts and the multiple hot tubs and sauna/steam rooms were very enjoyable. Our second floor room had a great view of the ski jumps from our balcony. The room was quite dated and water pressure issues created a very loud and exhausting noise during the entirety of the shower being used. The ceilings were also very thin and we were woken constantly at night and each morning by the 3rd floor residents. "

"Clean, and convenient. No on site office but someone always answered to help using the office number. We were able to rent skis right in the resort area, and were right near a ski lift so the ski in ski out was super convenient. The view was spectacular. It was nice to have front row seats of the mountain. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs though because you will hear the grooming machines in the middle of the night and they have bright lights. WiFi signal was inadequate so we could not connect...
