"Stayed here for two nights and found it clean and convenient. However, this place is let down badly by poorly trained staff who make no effort to make customers feel welcome or at ease. "This was the first time I tried lemon tree hotel chain, and it was highly maintained and very nice ambience. The staff is very supportive and food of restaurant is awesome. I tried buffet as well as alakarte and both were just delicious. Only regret I have is the size of rooms, the size of rooms are very small. But well maintained."

"We stayed in room 404 and the card reader to get into the room did not work. The staff had to accompany us with room keys to open the door which was an inconvenience. Hence the overall stay turned out to be poor as we had to wait for the staff. "
