"施設内は清掃も行き届いており、気持ち良く過ごせました。パウダールームにはティーパックやラテの粉なども置いてあり、寒い日でしたが、体が暖まりました。バンガローからトイレまでが少し遠かったのと、パウダールームに虫が多かったこと、車がバンガロー横に置けなかったのが少し残念ではありました。バンガロー内はガスヒーターや電源もあり、暖かく過ごせました。トータル的には良かったです！"

"The hospitality (service and meals) at Shiganoyu Hotel were amazing. While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. It was so comfortable for our family of 5 - very homey and welcoming. The tea and treat upon check-in was a nice surprise and delicious. The onsen was a relaxing bonus! "The outside of the buildings looked a little old, but inside, it was very clean and very comfortable with an impressive amount of helpful appliances for food and temperature/humidity comfort.
