Beth at the front desk was outstanding. So helpful in so many ways. The housekeeper (forgot name) was equally friendly and helpful.
The coffee in the room was very good. In the lobby not so good.
Room smelled of cigarettes and mold. Carpet stained. Walls warped. Pillows very uncomfortable. Halls smelled of marijuana. Other hotel guests loud and poorly behaved. We will never return. We've always stayed at La Quinta and I was appalled by the condition of this hotel!!!!!

For the location the hotel wasnt what was expected. Where im from

The place suited our purpose. It didn't have a pool or hot tub which would of been nice. The heater in the room was loud when it turned on. The elevator didn't work. The ice machine was out of ice. The Mexican restaurant next door was very good. It was quiet, except for the heater and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had variety.
I was kind of disappointed in the hotel being a LaQuinta. I had to take a cold shower at 5:30 am. There was paint on my shower head. The sink was cracked.

Convenient location, friendly front desk staff. Property condition is very dated, worn, looks dirty. In need of a major upgrade. Overall, my room appeared to be clean, but I felt like it was dirty due to nasty carpet and old furniture.
Staff was very helpful under rough conditions with system outages.
Their cooperation and help was very much appreciated.

Excessive heat made stay uncomfortable.
Overall it was not too bad. The big problem was the heat. It was so hot in the room we could hardly sleep and we could not get it readjusted to be comfortable. We made hotel management aware of the problem.

Issues with hot water. Tub drain plugged. Dogs in the breakfast area. TV time was not correct preventing use of the channel guide. Halls needed a good vacuuming.
It was a little pricey for the condition of the room. The bathroom was a little dirty and the hot water took forever to get warm. Service was friendly. However, I needed to check out early. a whole day early and the were not willing to refund my second days stay.

Our family typically stays here when we come to the Milwaukee area can’t beat the price, we have always stayed under 100$ a night and beds are more comfortable than others. Staff is incredibly nice. Rooms need to be updated and cleaned better, found lots of dirt all over the bathroom floor, and breakfast was ok. Lots of fun restaurants and shops near by.
Check in made us feel they were us a favor and gave us wrong information about our destination. Come back to our room about 11p m, go into the bathroom to change and it is flooded and leaking from the ceiling. Went to the desk and was told the room should not have been rented that it had the same problem last weeken so at 11:20 we had to pack up and change room(no help offered anf we are in our 70's).
Get into second room and the bathroom fan is making a horrible noise. Also couldn't change the channels on the TV
Will never stay at another La Quinta again.
Facility was clean, breakfast was fine, staff courteous. Room not really clean. Need to talk to housekeeping. Floor needed vacuuming, mirrors dirty and chair on room had debri all over seat.
My stay at the La Quinta was good! From the staff to the room everything was very pleasing. They provided a clean and comfortable environment for my stay.
The room was fine, but the bathroom was pretty gross. The floor didn’t look like it had been cleaned and the ceiling was peeling. The continental breakfast was okay, but I would have liked a variety of milk options other than 2%.
This was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in. When we got to the hotel they had cancelled our reservation, after finding a new room it had been very poorly cleaned if at all. The bathroom was not cleaned, the shower had hair and dirt from the previous person. The toilet was still soiled from the previous person. There were no towels for a shower. There were stains all over the carpet. The ice machine didn't work. It was not at all what I expected from this hotel. I highly advise finding a different hotel to stay at in the area.

Liked the fact that the facilty guy was both helpful and cheerful. Check in was easy with a friendly night clerk.
Did not like the fact that the room was not properley orepared fir guests afte being previously notified of issues by previous guest. Did not care for the morning clerks attitude when issues were reported. La Quinta has slipped a bit in my choices for hotels. I will eventually give another one in a different location a try on the basis this is isolated to a sigle location.

Not the best LaQunita
I have stayed in several LaQunita locations and this one is on the low end of the scale. The staff were friendly and helpful. My experience was greatly diminished by the room, #103. It smelled musty and moldy. The filters in the front of the HVAC unit were filthy and needed to be cleaned. The TV had a white band across the top of the screen which means it needs to be replaced. The bed skirt wasn't fully on the box spring. A small nit but missed by housekeeping. The bathroom was clean however the tub and the grab bar on the wall of the shower needs to be repainted or re-sprayed.
While doing my morning exercises on the floor I could really smell the mold/musty smell in the carpet.
The furniture has been updated to match other LaQuinta locations, but the smell of the room was a turn off. I didn't ask to be moved to another room as I turned off the HVAC unit which helped to reduce the smell. I got used to it while in the room but when I left and came back in you could smell it all over again.
My business partner was in another room down the hall. His room didn't smell but he felt the bathroom wasn't clean.
