Employees were so friendly and went out of your way to make sure I’ll love your needs were met and you had a great day. I was disappointed in the fact that I had two rooms with a jointing door. There was another family that extended their stay another night so they left them stay in those rooms. Therefore I did not get what I requested. There was no more rooms with a jointing door available.

Interesting choice for earlier trip departure. Close to the airport and the hotel shuttle starts at 5:00 am which is very convenient .

everything went smoothly except had trouble connecting to wifi - which could have been operator error! hot tub not working was a disappointment.

First thing was the hot tub wasnt working and was something I was looking forward to using having back problems. I guess worker that fixes that was out of town and I think there should be more than one person to fix things because not long after the elevator broke down. If you have alot of luggage or heavy things its inconvenient when going up and down stairs and also having problems with your body in pain or a disability. You would hope Some kind of compensation or change in room but didn't happen. Rooms could get a little more decorative update.
