"Hotel is very nice and clean. My boyfriend got a bad case of food poisoning, and we were worried to death they wouldn’t rent us the room again since it was Labor Day weekend. They were so nice and accommodating. They gave us the room despite the busy weekend. "

"Phone did not work, however they did send someone right up to fix it ,however, he was unable to get it fixed. Wallpaper was peeling on the wall. Basement room was musty smelling and bedding felt damp. Cracked glass in paper sleeve. Very convenient location to Biltmore and downtown. Carla at front deck extremely helpful and friendly. We did change rooms and the gentleman that helped with this was extremely kind."

"We loved this very cool hotel! The building is full of history yet everything is brand new inside. Our room was gorgeous and felt very high end. We enjoyed the roof top bar and the speak easy in the boiler room! Great place to stay downtown as you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. Wish we could’ve stayed more than one night!! "

"The lounge area here is very nice. When we got back from downtown (which is very close and easy to get to from here) we were able to grab a drink and cozy up by the fire. The room was clean and comfortable. "

"Great staff. Decent breakfast. Very close to the Biltmore. Make sure you get a room on the backside of hotel as road noise on the front is pretty bad."
