"The staff was friendly at check-in. We then went to our room, and it was, for lack of a better word, disgusting. The couch had a weird brown stain over most of the cushions. I went to the front desk and informed them. The man working the desk said there were no other rooms and he would make a note of it. I again addressed it when we checked out, yet nothing was done. At that time, I also informed him that the room in general was dirty. There were food crumbs on the bed and in the center drawer between the two beds. We checked in after midnight and were gone the next morning by 9am. Very disappointing. I have stay at Comfort Suites many times a year, as I travel for work. This was by far the worst experience. "

"Nice place to stay except for the first night when someone was clearly smoking weed in their room and the entire 3rd floor was overwhelmingly stinky. Seeped into the elevator even. They must’ve left because Saturday was fine. "

"The properly is not updated as in the pics. will not be staying here ever again. I had to ask for towels? like what property , do you have to ask for towels!!"
