"Great stay overall! The hotel is quiet and very clean, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the price was very affordable for what you get. Even though there’s no elevator, everything else more than makes up for it."

Yes it is refundable but it is not posted anywhere or through the booking under fees. So it was a surprise that this was owed. Then it was to be refunded at checkout and we haven't seen that as of yet."
