"I booked a nights stay with my family. Upon arrival front desk insisted they are not active on hotels. Com and made me a new reservation with a much higher rate. I showed them my reservation but service was terrible. I had driven almost an hour to get to this place mind you. I found another hotel hill view hotel in McCarthy hills that was a much better experience "

My booked room had blinds missing from one window (so no nighttime privacy); but the gent on duty promptly moved me to an upgraded Executive room when I reported the issue. "Very disappointing stay — cleanliness, maintenance, and advertised amenities were not as promised. Upon entering the room, it was immediately clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not being properly managed. The duvet provided appeared dirty and had visible marks/stains, which made me question whether the bedding had been properly cleaned before my arrival. The chair in the room was also visibly dirty and stained, making it unpleasant to use. The bathroom was poorly maintained as well....
