Everything was good, however, the cleanliness could be better in the apartment. The stay was really good, however, the WiFi was pathetic.

One night stay on way to another resort. Pleasantly surprised to be allocated a 3 bedroom town house which was beautifully furnished, fully equipped and had great views.

Aile için çok ideal. Güzel vakit geçirdik. Ev çok iyi ama bir haftada sadece 1 kez temizlik yapıldı galiba sayı yeterli değil. Az kaldın kadına kalsın temizlemeyin diyecektim. Havuzlar yeterli. Hiç sıra beklemedim. Animatör ekibi başta Ömer bey olmak üzere çok samimi. Onlar sayesinde mekana bakış açınız değişiyor. Yemekler oldukça zayıf hatta kalan yemekleri yeni yapılana ekliyorlar. Çok basit bir önerim var keşke çocuklar oynarken havuz başında soğuk su temin edilebilse süper olur. KESİLİKLE DIŞARIDAKİ BARDAN HER ŞEY DAHİLCİ OLARAK BİŞEY İSTEMEYİN. DİLENCİ MUAMELESİ GÖRÜYORSUNUZ. Hayatımda ilk kez böyle bir durumla karşılaştım. Ama işletme politikası olduğu çok belli. Ona rağmen diğer çalışanların hakkını yiyemem. Güzel vakit geçirdik. Very quiet location

Only went for 2days whist travelling around turkey - apartment comfortable very clean - all staff very welcoming/helpful food good late in season so 4choice a la carte instead of buffet - pool/Sun areas very clean not much beach area but lovely location - would definitely go again but couldn't do more than a week - too isolated but if all you want is to relax and chill perfect

Nice but can bee improve

The way to hotel is not good thair was no watch in the apartment and staf was not informed about what thay can help gusts what thay can do in the area and how and what thay needed food was very expensive All the apartment should have local map and activists information as coustmers make it in ... Soo thay can make thair palan ... And dvd in tv Ect

Dear sir/madam Copy sent to Expedia/club le Costa We have just arrived home from. The above holiday booking we are disappointed to say the holiday wasn't at all what we hoped it would be. The resort when we arrived looked amazing and we was excited to see our accommodation. We found it unclean and shabby not quite as described on your web site or there's. It felt like we was staying in someone's owned property. And the cleanliness wasn't to good this is the list of things we found. Dirty floors Broken air conditioning Remote controls not working A scaled kettle Dirty bathroom tiles Taps that were loose Filthy jacuzzi We complained and was advised these things would get fixed after two days of phoning be complaining some of theses things we rectified but the jacuzzi bath still was chucking out scum from the pipes so we didn't use it. Our main problem which was the worst of all after couple of days there was a strong smell it got worse the next day again We complained the cleaners came back and forth and couldn't work out why it was getting worse and they just seem to keep masking it with air freshness at first we thought it was a drain problem. Days went passed and the problem got worse to the point it was unbearable. We complained again by this time we was six days into our holiday and the staff after repeatedly prompting them offered to move us. I didn't want to move to be honest the stress of picking up everything as there was six of us one of which was a baby. S
