"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

Our host, Paulo, gets a special mention for always giving us his attention and assistance during our stay and also before we arrived by WhatsApp which was very reassuring. "The location is fantastic. The room is great. We were upgraded to essentially a 2 room suite. It was very large and spacious. The breakfast is delicious and served either on the 5th floor terrace or in your room. We took advantage of both options. The staff is very helpful and kind. I would happily stay here again."

"The apartment is spacious, even for two people, and in a great location, close to Duomo and other landmarks. We mostly walked everywhere. Food options nearby are a bit limited but otherwise it was great. "

"Great location, close to Duomo and main sites. Friendly staff. We had a room for 3 which was very spacious and faced an internal courtyard and was therefore very quiet. Room is very modern and facilities work well. Very clean Nespresso machine was in the room with coffee AND MILK. The pictures are an accurate representation of the rooms. The rooftop bar is a bit overpriced. There are only three (slow) elevators to serve 10 floors which can result in some waiting at peak times.."
