A cosy hostel, highly recommended. The staff are helpful and friendly, there are plenty of free fruits, vegetables and food in the kitchen for you to enjoy or cook. There are a good amount of spaces/seats both indoors and outdoors for travellers to chill or work. If you would love to hang out with friends, their bar is a good choice and they have different events throughout the week.

Staff tried very hard to mske my stay comfortable. They gave me a second welcome drink after someone walked off with my first one. Check out is late at 11:30 am so we could relax in bed all morning. I don't like that 3.5 euros are charged for luggage storage. Great location as all buses, trams and metro trains stop there. Very convenient when having to take the train to elsewhere.

Excellent service, convenient location and best value. Plus close to everything by walking, the staff was very helpful and informative, also provided valuable advice for getting to airport which is by bus rather than by taxi. Definitely will come back to this hotel again.

My fave accommodation in Milan. I stayed in a single room & was given an excellent room, it was quiet & facing the backyard. So despite all that was going on downstairs(karaoke night), i hardly heard the noise. Bed was very comfortable too. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks OBG

Everything was great!
It is my second experience in Hostels and it was great! Clean, tidy, free food in kitchen is an amazing idea. really helpful to those as me, survive after Black Friday sales :) Special thanks to hostess Ana, who get everyone noticed, helped to join the atmosphere and involved everyone in the for common activities.

The location is conveniently very close to Milan Central Station which is the big plus for me. I find the place needs more daily cleaning on the washroom and kitchen. The elevator also needs tidying up. Overall, the place needs some renovation and clean up.

One of those places where you wonder why it's so highly rated. I was shocked by how rude the staff was everytime. I kept giving them chances, said please and thanks (in case they just have such a hard job), but they were constantly awful when I asked any questions - despite it being my first time there. The only good thing is that its close to the Central station. Upon arriving, they gave no help, didn't point out where the elevator was, where to go for breakfast, etc, and then seemed annoyed I didn't automatically know. Despite the poor design of the layout. I was dropping off my luggage early, and the man there was so unhelpful, and pretty much laughed at my questions about luggage safety. The rooms are poorly insulated for noise, so we could hear the people hanging out in the lobby - the lobby is close to the front door, and the front door was underneath our dorm windows. Or maybe socializing at the front door. One of my roommates had been there a week and said it's like that most nights. Thankfully I was only there 2 nights. So unless you can sleep with the sounds of people singing and partying downstairs, you'd have a rough sleep. The bathroom kept making gurgling sounds through the night and smelt pretty terrible in the morning. No idea what's wrong with their plumbing but something was off. I had to spray poopoori to be able to shower in there. **Please make sure you do NOT pay extra for breakfast** You can get better for that price anywhere else.

It was a great experience! Specially the location (3 min walking from Milano Centrale Train Station), the room, I felt safe all the time and had fun. Everything was clean and the facilities looked really good!

Best hostel I’ve stayed in
This was by far one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. The environment definitely felt it was geared towards university aged people but still has a great family atmosphere. My only complaint would have to be the hours of the kitchen. I do wish it opened a few hours earlier in the day for guest to grab some lunch, but other than that my entire stay was amazing! The staff, the food, the bartenders were all amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip out to the Milan area.

Polite and helpful staff. Good wifi. Lots of spaces to relax, cook or study. Slighlty on the more expensive side but they do offer lots of free stuff. Cheap ok breakfast. Lots of people in the afternoon and evenings in the lobby drinking and chatting, that you have to really squeeze past to get in or out. Felt like a night club in the evenings. All in all, it's a great good place if you like meeting lots of people, spending a bit more for comfort, or the central location

I booked one night in a single private room. I was only going to be in Milan for one night in order to catch an international flight so I needed something basic, clean, and close to the train station. I was not looking for anything fancy so I was totally fine with the minimal amenities in the room. The bed was actually quite comfortable for a twin. I really appreciated the safety measures they took given the proximity to the train station (key codes in the elevator and on the room door). The shower was very small, which I know is fairly common in Europe, but the way this one was laid out, it was almost impossible to raise my arms without banging into either the shower head and or the shelf. One thing that I personally did not like was that the reception area is adjacent to/ basically a part of the bar. I had a late train and had to walk through rain to get to the place; the last thing I felt like dealing with at that moment was blasting music and drunk college kids in the middle of me trying to check in to my room and get a glass of water. Obviously hostels see a lot of young people, which is fine. I just wish they would rethink having the bar literally right in your face when you arrive. I was afraid that it would be noisy, given what I dealt with in the lobby. I am happy to say, though, that once it was past 11pm or so it got quiet and people were pretty respectful in the hallways when they entered/exited their rooms. Overall, I was satisfied with it for what I needed.

Spacious rooms with lots of communal spaces, laundry facilities and very friendly staff a huge plus. Ground floor and top floor turned into night clubs in evening and was very noisy. Breakfast extremely limited with very few hot food options. Could have communal or more bathrooms.

건물이 전반적으로 낡았고 호스텔 치고 무척 비싸지만, 제공되는 이불과 베개커버가 깨끗하고 보통 호스텔에서 돈받는 서비스들을 무료로 해줍니다. 샴푸나 자물쇠 등은 물어보면 대여해 주고 직원들이 무척 친절하며 웰컴드링크도 아낌없이 주는 편입니다. 체크인 전이나 체크아웃 후에도 짐보관이 무료로 가능합니다. 침대에 콘센트나 전등은 있으나 커튼은 없습니다ㅠ돈값은 하는 것 같아요 위치도 첸트랄레역 바로 앞이라 지하철이나 기차타기 무척 좋아요

Super location near the central station. Friendly helpful staff. Our room was small but clean and basic. Cute outdoor garden space. A good base to spend a couple of days in Milan , especially so close to the stations.
