Hard beds. All lights flickered. Small shower head little water pressure and hardly any hot water. Staff was nice but I wouldn't stay again. No vending machines no ice towels were dingy and dirty

Office is not Open 24/7 as advertised, was closed when we returned from dinner (8:25pm) reopens 8am. Main room entrance door inside over lock inoperative. Trouble with Tub fixtures(outside tube hole "kicked" in Faust almost had to hammer to get turn on and would not turn all the off),

It was perfect for a couple nights stay for the eclipse. It would be better in the summer when the pool is open. The rooms are nothing special but fine when all you want is an overnight stay. Had a refrig and microwave. Town of Milan was cute. Toward Sandusky there are no end of restaurant options.

I didn't like the room it was dead roaches on the walls, the pull out couch was FULL of mold and had a bad odor smell.I didn't stay they did no refund but I oojed through Expedia and I was given credit..but this motel is not receiving proper cleaning when I notified the desk he said not his problem.

You get what you pay for
The lady who checked me in was lovely. The accommodations, didnt feel sanitary. I took a 2 hour nap or tried to and checked out same day. No way i was going to try and stay the night.

It's Old But Comfortable
Looking at the other reviews, there seems to be a trend of the cheap rooms not being very good but folks who rented the more expensive jacuzzi rooms being very happy with the motel. I rented a jacuzzi room for 2 nights and my wife and I had a pleasant experience there. The bed was clean and comfortable other than the small, flat pillows. The jacuzzi worked perfectly and was also clean. The room overall was clean and everything worked fine though as a whole, it is clearly aged with old carpet and rough walls. Speaking of walls, we could hear the neighboring room pretty clearly when they decided to play music at 7 in the morning. A lot of reviews complained about wet carpet. Ours felt dry to walk on but clothing I left on the floor overnight did have a mildew smell the next day. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay, felt safe and comfortable while there and appreciated the convenience of nearby Milan for meals.

Room smelled funny, not the cleanest, hardly any pillows, refrigerator was leaking water because everything is the room was unplugged, tiny old towels and poor wifi/ tv service. Ordered a non smoke room found multiple cigarette butts by the end tables.

Amazing motel.
Amazing service in the office, walked into the room and it was amazing, for 40$ I never expected a full working jacuzzi. Close to cedar point for me and my friends highly recommend.

Good for the money!
We definitely came for the price but also the whimsical decor. Overall, our stay was pleasant enough. It was definitely on the dirty side; we gave everything a good wipe down. But, there weren’t any bed bugs or anything so that’s definitely a plus. It was hard to get ahold of the reception desk. I’m not sure when they close but they were closed every night we got back to our room. The beds were quite hard but at the end of the day, you really can’t beat the price!

3 bed is perfect for a bigger family
The only thing that need to update is the bath towel. It's so small that it look like a hand towel. Everything in the room is clean.

The room was disgusting. The carpet was soaked. The room stank. There was only a bottom sheet on one bed. There was garbage underneath the beds. Stains everywhere. Mold and mildew in the main room as well as the bathroom. Hair was on the bed that wasn’t ours. It was so bad the teenagers slept in our vehicle rather than in the room. We only stayed because everywhere else was sold out for 30 miles. The two staff members were pleasant. The towels though rough were clean.

The room was very old and had not been updated in MANY years. The bed was not up to par. It was not very clean. I was not at all impressed. I have stayed in older rooms before and I was very satisfied, but not here. This place is a "last resort". But the staff was very helpful.

The carpet was badly stained with cigarette burns on the carpet. Door was difficult to open and would not completely close. Only 1 scant pillow pp which did not offer comfort support. Pool had no water.

Not as good as the first time
The first time we stayed here we stayed in the other building which was nicer than the building we stayed in this time. We stayed in the main building this time on the second floor. All I know is for $125 a night there should not be a bunch of dead beetles on the floor. The toilet was not cleaned and there were cigarette burns in the blanket which I'm confused by since it was a non smoking room. There was also a ton of stains on the carpeting. I'm not sure what they were from but the stains were everywhere! I don't think a room should be booked to someone in that condition and we honestly won't be back.

Stayed for one night, was sold up at 4 am too big crawling all over us. They moved up to a different room until morning when they could give us a refund. Once morning came Brandy the manager brandy said not only does she want us to pay for both rooms but she would not refund us for the horrific room we were given in the first place. So very unsatisfied and will never stay where again.

They have a saying, you get what you pay for. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were pretty much non-existent. The lamps were busted. The curtains had a bunch of holes in them. There was blood spots on the walls. The carpet was disgusting. Every time you’d walk without shoes or socks on, your feet would turn BLACK. The only thing I can say positive is that the staff was super nice and it was extremely quiet. We only stayed here to sleep, nothing more.
