When we arrived (about 5 pm) there was not someone up front, waited just a few min, then said hello, the lady seemed busy or in the back then seemed annoyed we called out. The room was clean, but my opinion I didn’t like the shower was open and then had a hard time draining I had to turn the shower off to let the water go down then turn back on. Another option I didn’t like the location seemed to be in a business park, but my fault for not checking, overall I’d not revisit

Location is very far from city centre and not reacheable by public transport. You will need to allocate some cost with online taxi to room around. Not recommended for tourist who need to sightseeing at city centre

We are In Agrate Brianza and from our hotel to each cengter you have to take the bus during the week to Cologno Nord and from Cologno Nord you must take the Metro Line M2 which brings you in Milan. Also in Cologno Nord you can take the bus to Monza. Is true that from our location there's no direct bus towards these cities.At our hotel is available the shuttle service during the week which can help you to be transferred.We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.Sincerely,

The room was clean and comfortable but much smaller than what was booked through hotels.com. The in room safe did not work and the Fridge was not cold. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

There’s no fan or air conditioning just a single window without a screen. Since it was so hot we opened the window and then proceeded to be eaten by mosquitos. And don’t bother with the in room fridge, it doesn’t keep anything much cooler than room temp. If you intend to visit anything outside of the building, rent a car. The shuttle is good for during the day but since most Italian life is in the evening you will get stuck at a train station with no taxis. So if you want to tour around, rent a car. Period. The only saving grace for this property was it’s friendly staff whom most spoke English (thank you!)
