We needed a change of room and they facilitated it within minutes with a completely positive response. We stayed here on our way to NYC and then back again to MI. We'll stay here next time too! "The updates to this facility really improved the vibe, felt more modern. Lots of families stay during local sports tournaments & the pool got very rowdy & we had several knocks on our door, kids being funny. The Lookout Bar was closed, which would’ve been nice to enjoy. The Market had solid options but not enough staff for all the people trying to get coffee at 7am (and there aren’t coffee makers in the rooms). "We’ve stayed at the stables twice now and both times, 2 different room types, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I’m picky! The furnishings were nice. The deluxe suite was our most favorite room, it’s so large and the couch looked brand new. We’ll be back. "
