Good experience and would recommend
I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to others. The room was nice and comfortable. If you are looking for something quiet I would recommend a room that is not facing the street. The location is good because there is a subway station literally across the street and it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the Duomo and other main attractions in the city.

Great hotel, easy parking, easy access to Milan...
Beautiful, authentic, and intimate hotel in a safe neighborhood. Within walking distance of most attractions. If you don't like to walk: very close to a subway station with access to the major line. Super friendly personnel. Lots of parking space in the back of the hotel.

Hotel Tiziano is really the perfect place to stay in Milan. It is located in a beautiful, calm area. The metro is just a few minutes away from the hotel. The premises are very clean, quiet, and safe - even at night. As a solo female traveler, I really appreciated these points. The hotel staff is kind and ready to assist with any questions regarding the hotel or Milan.

Depressing room and Terrible experience
I was travelling on my own and had booked the Queen Room (15 sqm),because it looked spacious, bright and nice on the booking website. In reality, the room was simply terrible, very dark and more like a prison cell. There is no way, the room was 15 sqm and it was very depressing. Regarding the bathroom: it was tiny and there was no bath tub as shown on the pictures on hotels.com. Clearly a case of false advertising, either on behalf of hotels,com or the Hotel Tiziano. Staff was also unable to help, because the hotel was apparently fully booked. Would never recommend to stay there - at least not in the advertised 15 sqm single room. Terrible experience.

So I book this hotel due to air conditioning and it’s advertised on the website and on booking information as an amenity. No where does it say it’s seasonal. Room too hot had to have windows open to cool down ,but bit to death by mosquitoes Complained to no avail. Stop miss selling with wrong information. Air conditioning was the reason booked

Hotel Tiziano was very easy find even we were first time in Milano. It is just two min walking from Buonarroti stop of the red lines. The hotel sign is visible when you exit the metro. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We would choose this hotel again if we visit Milano.

Lovely guest services at the front desk. They were very kind, attentive, patient, helpful, and courteous. The location is very safe. As a single woman I was never worried about the location and it was a huge perk to have the metro stop just across the street from the hotel. My room was very small but this did not bother me, I really just used it to sleep. The shower was also very small. For a petite person it was fine but I am sure it would be uncomfortable for anyone even slightly larger. Breakfast was satisfactory and again, the service was just great.

I had booked a single room for two nights. After checking in (the room and bathroom were spotless) I discovered a worn out jacket in the room's cupboard, obviously left by a previous guest: having contacted reception they apologised and promptly offered to change and upgrade my room. Furthermore, at checkout I was pleasantly surprised to have the cost of the garage waived.

This hotel should not be listed as a 4 star hotel really . The facilities and amenities are very limited. And in fact it's not really a hotel ... It's a mini hotel. It's more of a 2 star mini hotel.

Excellent Hotel for Milan Weekend Trip
The Hotel Tiziano is an excellent choice of accommodations in Milan. The hotel is reasonably priced with tidy rooms. The breakfast area is quite nice, and the selection of food good. Service all around, from the front desk, cleaning staff, and dinning room is friendly. The building is well-located, only steps from the subway line that goes directly to the Sforzesco Castle and Duomo in a matter of minutes. One can also walk to Santa Maria delle Grazie, the location of Da Vinci's The Last Supper and the Milano Cadorna train station, for easy journey to Malpensa Airport.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean ،location not far away from centre and beside the metro. The stuff are as below: I came early in the morning while the check in time still not on, even I had hotel. Com VIP benefits like free upgrades and early check in (if it's available from the hotel) One young lady in reception morning shift even without asking my reservations details when I arrived, immediately after she saw the Arabic face (me) said you have to wait simply agreed and took a side and waited on the couch as I was tired, after half hour 2 guys from different countries ( not Arabic) checked in immediately!! When I asked why she said different rooms !!! Please keep in mind the she didn't know even what room I have reserved (truly disgusting) The second event when I I check out the guy in the morning shift at 24/12/2010 asked me to pay my stay while everything has been paid in advance, and he insisted and told your card has been charged for guaranty!!!! Even after he checked again he said agency issues (Expedia) and never said sorry. The restaurant and night reception employs are perfect helpful . Thanks

This hotel was advertised as being four stars, but the quality of the rooms was more like a two or two-and-a-half star facility. The bathroom in one of our rooms was so poorly laid out that the door would hit anyone using the sink or toilet, and the plastic shower/tub surround could not be unfolded without risking a fall in the shower. One room lacked blackout curtains and the exterior shutters didn’t close all the way. The picture of the lobby suggests beautiful grounds, but they captured what is really the only pretty view. All this said, the price we paid was for a three star hotel, the staff was helpful, and they did have a nice breakfast. But we feel misled by the advertised four-star rating.

I stayed at Hotel Tiziano Park Minihotel during my partner's birthday, and they were kind enough to upgrade our room to have a view of the beautiful outside garden and also provided some chocolates that said 'Happy Birthday' as a little extra something. The hotel is really well located, only a minute from the underground to go straight to Milan center. All the staff were very friendly, always greeting us with a smile, and the breakfast had a good amount of variety.

Overall very good stay. Close to conference center, walking distance through park. Garden is big asset (unfortunately it was raining mostly). Standard rooms are very small, but ok. Problem was that weather was very cold for May, and they had already turned off the central heating; it was therefore really cold also in the rooms; supposedly they couldn’t do anything about it. Still, good stay overall. Not necessarily recommended if tourist visit is the main purpose given that it’s a bit outside (metro station is just around the corner though, so also easy - metro stations are often not accessible for people with walking issues).

This was an ideal experience for this type of smaller hotel. Room was nicely designed so there were places to put things, it was extremely clean (they washed the floor every day) and the wifi was good. Oh, also, the breakfast was excellent, with warm croissants, eggs, meats, cakes and other pastries, and the espresso was good. So was the service.

- PLUS: Location is close to metro, which is quite convenient to church (center). Breakfast was well prepared. The staff is friendly. Private parking with security door: very important for driving in Italy (Milan) - MINUS: When I drive around the hotel, the tyres of my rental car was cut by motor bike as they wanted to open the boot. Some attention may be paid for the neighborhood environment

Amazing!
This is the best value hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, breakfast superb. However, it was the staff that truly made this hotel- they are nothing short of wonderful. Particular shout out to Khaled and all the desk staff, and the fantastic cleaning staff! This hotel isn’t centrally located, which is nice and relaxing. Central Milan is just a twenty minute walk, and the subway is literally in the hotel doorstep. There are some lovely bakeries and restaurants near by too (just by Wagner station, three minute walk) .-

Very nice hotel, super conveniently located
Hotel is very conveniently located to be accessible by car while being very close to the city center. Our room was large and fresh, with a cool view on their park. Breakfast and parking are available and great atributes, although breakfast could be improved. Definitely a hotel to come back to especially if you are an Expedia VIP member.

Hotel in Milan with park
This hotel was great, centrally located (steps away from Buonarotti metro station, red line) very clean and bright, access to a park where you can soak the sun while having breakfast. The staff were so helpful especially at reception. The room was small as I booked a single room, the walls are so thin I could hear the wake up alarm next door but I didn't mind that. Overall I am very happy I booked this hotel.

I stayed here for 6 nights. I had great service, and I loved my room. I could hear other guests a little at night, generally quiet though. I was here in November, heat worked great, I was not cold at all. I had a single room, and the shower was fine for me but if you are a larger person it would be a little small to use.
