Good value
Very quiet location. Nothing around though as far as restaurants. Out of the way but easy taxi trip to Milan. Very secure parking and hotel. Good value.

Nos alojaron en una habitación con un baño muy incómodo ya que estaba acondicionado para personas con discapacidad. Cada vez que usábamos la ducha se salía el agua hasta el dormitorio.

Hotel staff are not aware of latest COVID regulations for international tourist. They made me to stand out side of the hotel at 11pm In the night. I lost 180$ for this crap. No refund made Definitely big NO to this property Front desk not at all helpful. This hotel is not for international guests. Only for locals

Ausreichend Parkplätze, die Gegend ist so lala. man benötigt ca. 1 Stunde mit den öffis ins Zentrum. Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Badezimmer sehr großzügig. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und eine große Dusche. Es gab 2 deutsche TV Sender. Das WLAN war eher langsam. Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück musste direkt bei der Ankunft ausgewählt werden, wobei die Optionen sehr intransparent und verwirrend waren. Beim Frühstück selbst wurde alles “Bestellte” zum Tisch gebracht, wobei ein Brötchen fehlte und das andere steinhart und seehr klein war. Ob es außerhalb von COVID anders ist wissen wir nicht, aktuell lässt es aber zu wünschen übrig. Abgesehen davon, vor allem für diesen Preis, war es in Ordnung.

I had booked a double room and had to cancel the day before the booking due to an emergency. I contacted the hotel to try to get a refund but they said "we can't cancel the reservation for free". Another hotel in another city said although it's their policy not to refund, they would do so on this occasion. I will still be visiting both cities, but guess which one I'll be rebooking? Customer service is everything!

A nice stay. Basic rooms, comfortable beds, very clean. Hair dryer provided, shower gel provided on a daily basis and fresh towels if you specify. Good reception area, very easy to check in and out. Private parking on site. However limited parking at night when all guests are parked up. Breakfast buffet provided however this is a major fail. Basic breakfast of croissants, jams, bread, cereals, cheese, ham, yoghurt, scrambled egg and boiled eggs. Served from 6:30-10am. However if you have breakfast after around 8am. Be prepared for there to be no eggs left. Kitchen staff will also not make more even on request! Croissants/pastry cakes also limited after 8am and not stocked up very well. Im disappointed that the buffet is so terrible and On a first come first served basis.

Freeeeee parking!
This place was great! I was a bit worried about how the pictures would match the place in real life because of the price but it all checked out. Great comfy bed, big room, big bathroom. 10/10 would recommend and will stay there again.

A good 3-star hotel and a comfort choice
A must-like part: breakfast with many choices for guest. The room was very clean and staff were friendly. Shower room was so narrow that I couldn’t even do any large-scale action when I had a shower. Location is not good but with a 20min walk way to light rail line 12. Well, not bad with the public transportation. I would 100% recommend to people with a low budget when travel in Milan.

Hotel is new, modern, clean and very good staff. Actually the problem, it is far from milano but we had a car so there was no problem for us it was 15 min driving

It's good hotel and it worth every penny we paid. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. It's a bit far from the center but easy to get there by public transport and free parking available near the hotel. Highly recommended!

Great hotel outside of Milan Metropolitan.
We were treated extremely well by he staff and in the dinning area. The hotel is very clean and it has a lot of luxury. Loved our stay.

Check out early morning 4.30. Nobody was in reception. I just put my keys on the reception and went away and wrote note. The gate from parking was closed and we spent lot of time till somebody open it by intercom.

Convenient location to the Roe Feria
The hotel seems fairly new. The staff was attentive and the public areas were clean and tidy. The morning breakfast was complete and fresh.The room was clean and ok for us. There were a couple of times that our room was not done by housekeeping but that was because we were still there when they came the first time. I would have expected for them to return later on but they did not. The aea is mostly an industrial one and nothing is close to walking distance but we did go there to attend the Milan Furniture Exhibition so it was convenient because we were within 15 minutes from there.

Perfect for my stay at the show
We came to stay at Fiera for the Optical Show and this hotel provided us with the perfect condition for our stay. We had the car in the hotel parking and could travel easily back & forth to the fair on a daily basis. If you are coming to Milano for this purpose, have a look at this place.

Quite, clean and friendly.
Great hotel and very helpful staff. Location was odd but we were only stopping over for a rest before moving on to Switzerland. At breakfast, they didn’t have black pepper – very strange.
