Worst hotel in Milan
This has to be one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at, the staff are completely indifferent to any requests. The hotel rooms a decor seem like its out of the 80's. The roller shutters don't work and the staff don't care it's impossible to sleep because of the noise of the trams and emergency vehicles. Breakfast is very poor as well.

1 night stay, hotel was very nice and staff was pleasant. We booked last minute and everything went smoothly, room was comfortable and the area was nice with easy transportation options to the center of town.

The night manager is nasty. Said "if we don't like something, stay in another place". At night somebody open room door with another key until we been sleeping inside. Reported in a morning with no response from day manager. No shampoo or body cream available in a room. Stay away from this place!!!!!!

Very nice classic type hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Cleanliness is top notch. Very nice location and easily accessible to city center. Lovely polite, friendly and helpful staff. Great Breakfast. Excellent Value for the Money.

Good, convenient hotel with excellent service.
Excellent service and a good location. Good rooms, though our bed was past needing to be replaced (which they’re in the process of doing). Great breakfast buffet. Would stay there again.

Wonderful hotel for a reasonable price. Breakfast had a lot of variety including cheeses, meat, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, cereal cakes, rolls and a variety of breads. I would have liked an electric hot pot to make a cup of tea later in the day, but otherwise, we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Milan. The hotel is quite close to the subway stop and the subway is easy to use.

Trust me. Don’t do it. The AC wasn’t working and when I asked for another room they sent me to a room with no AC either. So, if you like to breath, don’t do it. Plus the breakfast was very bad and limited.

A very dissatisfied stay
I travel all around the world for business all the time. For a 4 star hotel that charges good sum of money, it was a very disappointing stay for me. Incredibly basic room, not even tea / coffee making facilities. Most 2 star hotels would have it. Absolutely terrible breakfast with rude staff (possibly underpaid and overworked). I don’t think who ever is in charge of the breakfast area has ever experienced a nice hotel breakfast. Reception staff was nice

Would stay again.
At first the hotel seems dated but its actually just a step back in time to a classic era. Its very clean and staff are very helpful. Great selection at breakfast. Only downside is the noise of the tram at nighttime. Location is also great for getting to business meetings and also for exploring the city.

So friendly staff and good location
The hotel is a kind of old but the staff, literally everyone, was very friendly and professional. Because of the service quality, this 'old'ness becomes 'classic'. Overall, it was a great experience in this Hotel Crivi's. Also a very nice location, so close to the metro station - 4 min walk.

Comfortable and clean.
The gentleman at reception was very kind upon our arrival to loan us cash for the taxi as the drivers credit card machine was not working. He also upgraded our room which was very comfortable and clean. All the staff were helpful and kind and called us a taxi very early in the morning for our departure. The hotel was in a nice neighborhood just a 20 minute walk to the Doumo.

Great value for money, room was spacious, but the door was difficult to close/open (which I know is a minor inconvenience to complain about, but it was a process to either close or open the door. Other than that the room was great, the staff was great, breakfast was great, and I look forward to returning when I visit Milan

Good for short term stay
The hotel itself was fine. I did not have breakfast there so I can't comment on that. Staff were friendly and responsive. Wish there were electrical outlets near the bed to keep mobile phone charging and available for use.

Friendly and welcoming staff, very helpful Room was very clean and regularly serviced. Bed very comfortable and room quiet for a good sleep. Breakfast was good and had everything we expected including excellent Coffee of course. Will recommend and stay again if we return to Milan.

A proper hotel, in the best sense of the phrase. Staff took excellent care of one. The area is quiet, outside of the centre. But can walk to La Scala (which is why I was in Milano). Organized secured, covered parking for the motorcycle.

Brilliant hotel
We stayed at Crivis when my mum was in hospital nearby. They were brilliant, really flexible and friendly. The reception staff were really helpful with trying to fit my dad in during Milan fashion week and the hotel was fully booked. And when my mum got discharged from hospital yesterday with nowhere to go, they were brilliant. Breakfast is really good too! I would definitely stay here again. 10 mins to the duomo too.

Very good hotel in a privileged location. The room was quiet and the bed was confortable. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, They gave me an early check-in (11:00) and also a late check-out (15:00).

Not far from city centre
Hotel is about 20 minutes by taxi from Linate airport, costs 20 Euros. Hotel about the same walking distance from city centre but a tram number 24 operates right outside the door. Hotel is 4 star and deservedly so. Staff friendly and helpful, they must answer the same questions a hundred times a day but remain cheerful. Room was quiet and clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast adequate. Wifi generally very good but sometimes could not get a connection. Excellent hotel.

Lovely hotel--a pleasure.
A pleasure to stay there. Excellent breakfasts, attractive clean room and bath. Desk staff were all very helpful calling for taxis, giving useful information. Very pleasant. The location was great for a nice day--long walk to the Duomo but doable. Needed taxi or other transportation on the one rainy day. Taxi cost about 12 Euros to La Scala for example, but was worth it. All in all, very nice and we recommend it. And love the endless cappuccinos at breakfast!!!!
