The check-in staff were really friendly, helpful, and efficient -- really top notch. The pool and hot tub was salt water and really nice. We had a studio with two queens and a fold out sofa -- the room had tons of space for our family of 5 including a long desk that was perfect for eating our dinner. It was a little hard to figure out the TV with two remotes, but that was no big deal. Also it was super clean and quiet. Great sleeping here!!

This was the nicest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was good and the breakfast had good options and dining area very nice. My only criticism is there are two Hampton Inns on the same road and the link for directions on the Expedia site took us to the other hotel. It was only 5 minutes away, but the front desk said it happens all the time. Seems like that could be fixed easily.

This hotel is going down hill. We have been staying here for about 3 years over the new year and each year it gets a little worse. The pool and hot tub area were not clean the hot tub is rusting and the water the was green. The fitness center was dirts actual sand or dirt on machines and many out of order. When you pay to have amenities at a hotel you should be able to use them. Our room was not overly clean then furniture had stains and crusty substance on them and we had to lay towels down to even sit on the furniture. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly, but cleaning and upkeep needs to be better.

Stay and staff were good. Disappointed with the pool and hot tub areas. They were not cleaned our entire stay this was in the same uncleaned condition.
I was disappointed to learn that there was a $75 pet charge only when I checked in. I feel like that information should be offered more prominently in the reservation process.
I appreciate that the room was very spacious, didn't feel claustrophobic like some hotels. Plenty of towels, nice and clean, and very quiet. I did not hear the usual people in the halls or doors closing, despite it being busy. Very convenient to highway, with a lot of restaurants close by. Breakfast offerings were great. Might have used pool if it was open, but not a big deal for us.

Not sure why they don’t keep website up to date about pool and hot tub not working. Stayed at this hotel because said they had pool and hot tub. Get there hot tub not working and no heat in the pool.

We were traveling with 3 toddlers and the room was more than big enough to not feel cramped. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything felt clean.
The beds were comfy, the room was very spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating to all of our needs! Breakfast was hot and fresh! Any time we visit Sandusky we will ALWAYS stay here.

Staff were great! Gentleman at front desk came up to help us with the tv. Upgraded room due to being full! Clean and comfy. Easy off 90. Would stay agin.
Wonderful Management and Staff who get to know you. Like coming Home!! Love staying here. We have a therapy dog for significant medical reasons. The Team always Welcomes us and our dog loves the farmland to explore. Great Stay each time!

We stopped halfway through a long road trip and couldnt have been more pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean comfortable and the staff friendly. We drove away the next day completely rested and happy

The hotel was simply beautiful. The breakfast was great! The room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. But the pool was pretty disgusting. When we walked in it smelled like sewage. It didn’t appear to have water flow like the pump was off. When asked the girl said it was working fine but we would not get in that very hazy looking water. The jacuzzi was drained almost to empty and had rust stains on the floor around it. This totally dampened our visit to this wonderful hotel.

Not sure why the housekeeping staff needed to crowd the elevators when guests were trying to check out. Perhaps they have not been taught that guests are the reason they were employed?
