Like the location of the hotel I really missed talking to someone at the front desk. I had to leave the room keys at the desk I wrote a note through the app regarding the keys and did not get an answer.

Pleasantly surprised by this apartment. Seemingly safe area, with many bars right on your doorstep. People are friendly, warm and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious and calming. Only 2 small criticisms; 1, the pillows and mattress, hard memory foam was not comfortable. And 2, the apartment is on the 4th floor, there is a lift, but as a party of 4 staying, only one person fit in the lift with all the bags. Very minor negatives. All in all very happy with the stay and Milan in general. Receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable of the area. Would certainly return to this accomodation

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very nice and although we got there at 9am, they let us drop our bags off and use their bathroom so we could explore Milan before the 2pm check in. Really nice rooms too! Would definitely recommend.

Very nice place, wish for a different location
Liked everything about the property except the location- we prefer to be closer to restaurants. This area is more for businesses. We had to take taxis or transits to get to the restaurants we liked.

Aparthotel Durini
The apartment was very clean and modern and had all that we needed for a short stay. Big downside was that it was located next to the reception and we were able to hear every phone call and conversation there when in both the kitchen/living room and bedroom.

Very good!
Our room was nice and clean and the location is close to the center. The person at the desk was very helpful. The only issue was there was no parking nearby.

We were only in Milan for a day and night and this was the perfect place. We were 5 minutes from the Galleria and the Duomo. The room was spotless and the bathroom was very modern. We had a very comfortable sleep to prepare for our 13 hour trip home.

Overall excellent location, awesome room, I rated check in as neutral since the person was not there for our arrival. It wasn't clear when you leave early on how to depart from the building. Great hotel overall. I would definitely return. Thanks for the welcome pack in the room.

Worst hotel experience ever
This was positively the worst trial experience of my life. To begin with we arranged for a shuttle through the hotel that never arrived. We had to take a taxi and they wouldn’t give us our room key until we paid for the shuttle. They stated that someone would be at the hotel during certain hours and they never were. I was told that once everyone is checked in the desk person leaves. Both persons at the desk were extremely rude all of the time. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Short walk to Duomo
Lovely stay is Milan. The hotel was small but clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. The room was very comfortable. We were pleased with the location, such a short walk to the duomo

The hotel was in an excellent position in Milan, close to the Duomo, many significant places to visit, with a very good choice of restaurants and cafes in close proximity. The room, which included bedroom, bathroom, lounge area, kitchenette and breakfast space made for a very comfortable stay.

Great Stay!
The aparthotel was beautiful, cozy, well designed, quiet & very close to the Duomo (we got wrong directions and walked the opposite way for a while, had to then catch a uber to the Duomo). Balcony, big bathroom area (ok shower space), water provided, fast wifi. We wished we had more night to spend at the hotel. Receptionist waited till past 10pm when we got in to check us into our room. My dress was on my knees & I had to come back to the hotel to change and the cleaner was patient with me using our room we already checked out off (around 10am) to change to a more appropriate dress.

A small gem in the centre of Milan
I wasn't too sure what I was expecting but this property went beyond my expectations. This apartment is centrally located and close to restaurants, shops and Duomo Cathedral. The studio is modern, and super clean. I could not fault it. If you like space, I would recommend to pay more and get the bigger apartments with the same hotel. I can't wait to go back to Milan and will definitely stay in this apartment.

Beaucoup trop chère pour ce qui est offert. Chambre seulement, située dans une vieille bâtisse, réception ouverte quelques heures par jour seulement, vieille ascenseur, mur de chambre très sale. Un oreiller par personne. Très mal insonorisé. Pas de petit déjeuner. Seuls positifs: belle salle de bain et hôtel bien situé à proximité du Duomo.
