"This place was terrible and I do not recommend. We arrived at 6 AM at the property and our room was not ready until 3 PM. Several guests that arrived before 3 PM were given rooms earlier for check in but they seemed annoyed that we kept asking. Terrible service. They told me I had an “upgraded room” ..."

"The hotel was clean and close to everything. They supplied body wash and shampoo (no conditioner - so bring if you want that!). I asked for a washcloth but they gave me a hand towel - so no washcloths available. They also provide robes to the guests and slippers. With it being such a high end hotel ..."
