"The lobby, and restaurant area look pretty good. But the rooms definitely need an upgrade. Air conditioning not working properly all the time, you have to bang the door to the room to close it and open it, no coffee/tea amenities in room, no iron, no robe, no slippers. No bellhop to help with luggage. ..."

"To be honest I was a bit disappointed, considering the price the food was not good at all , not fresh and very bad service, the robes of the spa were so old and holes in the robes , and shortage of staff, so for example the bell boy was doing the reception work , serving coffee and opening the hotels ..."
