"The apartment was clean and amazingly located within the town centre. There was the option to park right outside the building. The instructions on how to access the keys and the apartment itself were excellent. “Mountain views” meant views to the wall of a massive rock a few meters away. The apartment was clean and spacious. "Building and frontage is looking a bit tired, rooms, parking and reception were fine. More of a business hotel, but easy to get a cab into town and the bus back. Breakfast was good, but the eggs were pre-cooked and cold, every day. Coffee and OJ was excellent."

"Located in the heart of the Rioja region the Hotel provided a very comfortable and friendly base from which to explore. Reception staff were excellent friendly with excellent English. We were guided to a local multi-lingual and talented taxi company who acted as tour guides and local advisors - made our trip really special. We had free EV charging in the free carpark next to the front door of the Hotel."

Room was very nice but it was two single beds pushed together and wrapped separately. Not Ideal. The beds were also on the hard side for my wife and I. Other than this it would have got full marks."

"this historic property in Haro was very nice. a beautiful lounge/covered courtyard and large rooms and bathrooms. while the frontdesk staff were very nice, many of them did not speak english so it was hard to ask for assistance or help. breakfast was not included (15 euros for a breakfast buffet) and we did not eat at the in house restaurant"
