"There are no staff on site. The room was okay but lights weren’t working, the heater made loud noises every hour or so, the reception receipt says the restaurant closes at 20.30 when it closed at 18.00. Also I booked to use the pool and it was closed when I went to use it. "

"Followed instructions to open the box, but there was no key inside. Tried to contact them by phone, SMS and reply to their instructions email with no response and we had to find another hotel!"

"Bei der Ankuft war die Frau sehr bemüht uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben. Während des Aufenthaltes waren die Mitarbeiter nicht bemüht man musste mehrmals anrufen und nachfragen, vein auschecken sehr unfreundlich und kein Verständnis.
Würde ich nicht Nicht nocheinmal buchen."
