"The staff was amazing! There were a couple room issues we brought to the staff's attention, which they handled promptly. The bed was comfy. Room was great. The only downfall of the room was how loud the AC unit is when it kicks on...unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and woke up almost everytime it turned on. Overall, I would recommend."

"Lovely, clean room with jacuzzi tub and shower and comfy bed with a surplus of pillows. Open, well-lit dining room with a solid menu and excellent service. The morning omelet and coffee were both excellent. The property is RIGHT next to the Saturday farmers' market, which was a blast. Live music later in the morning. Excellent bookstore (The Lion's Mouth) just a short walk away. The river walk is great – don't mess with the goslings, or their parents will grab you and your kids and give you PTSD...

"The Bay Motel was a unique surprise. My wife and I were looking for something simple and affordable to simply sleep while we were visiting our daughter...what a Gem. The staff was friendly and warm, the room was spacious, and the bed was outstanding. When we travel as a we seldom eat in the hotel restaurant, the coupons we received at check-in convinced us to give it a try...we were blown away by the speed, attentiveness of our server,, and the fresh meal we received. Affordable. Welcoming....

"I never got to check in. The door to office was open but staff was nonexistent. I rang the bell several times. I called the motel from my cell several times all to no avail. It will become a problem if I end up paying for the stay that didn't happen."

"I understand that the date we showed up the sewer lines were being replaced and the bridge was closed for maintenance. Not the hotels fault. The staff was nice, the room was cleaned but walking down the stairs for breakfast, the smell of urine was strong. We've never been to Green Bay before and I didn't realize how strong a smell the algae bloom was, but wow! It was in the hallways, the front desk and even the elevator. "The room was paid for three people but the bed could only fit two people. Had to set up a space to sleep on the loveseat. Definitely doesn’t live up to its reviews. Mediocre at best"
