"Clean room, nice staff, more variety for breakfast needed"

"Great place to stay"

"It is very nice place nearby beach. 3 minutes to go to beach. Room is big enough for a family of 4. Breakfast is very good."

"This place was absolutely disappointing. We were given a non-smoking room, but the entire room smelled like cigarettes and mold. The bathroom walls were dirty, the bed was filthy, and the blankets had visible hairs from the previous guests. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. This was unacceptable, especially when guests expect a clean and comfortable place to stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Excellent service"

"The staff and environment at Woodbine are breathtaking, and they truly make you feel like family. We highly recommend them!"

"Always a nice, comfortable stay."

"Clean room and good location."

"The hotel and the staff were excellent. The thing that I didn't like was the pillows were flat and made sleeping difficult."

"We would stay here again, good area, nice place, good breakfast, nice people, and freshly baked cookies."

"Very clean and friendly staff."

"Room was clean, bed was comfy and the staff were excellent!"

"Good breakfast and staff was super friendly."

"A"

"Room ac was loud, ac of hotel was not working, all of landscaping was very growed up, and pool was not available for use. Staff was nice and willing to help where they could."

"Clean rooms air conditioning breakfast"

"We stayed in a premium cabin overlooking the pond. It was a clean cold room that provided a great escape from the heat. The views were great from the little porch and the room was clean and very accessible. This was a great place to stay in the middle of a bunch small Texas towns and forest trails for nature viewing."
