"Hotel was wonderful, but the Tram to do ballpark was a disappointment. There’s a free tram that will take you to the park. It’s first come first serve but if it’s full you’re waiting an hour to the next one. Also taking the tram back the workers (not affeliated w the hotel) were not helpful at all. I told them which holiday day inn I was staying at and they still put me on the wrong tram. Otherwise the hotel is great location, Denny’s walking distance. Hotel is clean and workers were helpful"

"We stay here every year! This time we stayed for 4 nights, 5 days and we requested housekeeping come and clean every day and they did the absolutely best job. The staff were very nice and attentive. Everything was well cleaned and maintained. No complaints! Breakfast is made-to-order; so they have a menu to choose from for a small price. Everything seemed to be $10 or less!"

"I was very impressed with the SpringHill Suites in Downtown Dallas. We were in for a concert at American Airlines. I was a little nervous because it was downtown and was not sure of the area. I was quickly put at ease by the staff and the cleanliness of the area and the room. This is place is situated directly across from the Dallas World Aquarium and just a short 5 minute walk to Hooters and House of Blues. American Airlines center is a short 15 minute walk from the hotel. The room was clean,...

"Broken iron. Then replaced broken iron with another broken iron. Broken hair dryer. Dirty bathroom. They didn't offer to waive the early check in fee for all of my inconveniences. Terrible experience."

"Everything was Perfect"

"At the time of my trip, there was a lot of construction right outside the hotel. Staff is super friendly and super helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast was complimentary and delicious. However, the room I stayed in had the headboard on the wall closest to the highway. I figured it wouldn’t be that bad but I barely slept due to highway noise. The hotel itself is great, the location is not the best."
