"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. "The property was immaculate. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The pool was fabulous. Room was spacious and bathroom was superb. Every detail had been considered in the room/bathroom. The property was ideally located for a short walk into Souillac to visit the amenities. Electric car charger was a great bonus. "Thank you for staff for making our stay very pleasent. The apartment/room was great as there was a seperate room for my wife and I, the kitchen was well equiped and made breakfest and dinners easy. The coffee machine was a filter machine, so bring your own coffee. The hotels provides complimentary tea and instant coffee -a note for those of us from Britain- there is no milk however. The hotel was immaculately clean with numerous staff keeping on top of it all. Staff were always pleasent, smiling and very helpful. The hotel introduced a gummy-sweets station which my children were very grateful for. The hotel also has a water cooler station providing still and sparkling water for which my wife and I were grateful for. The pool is clean and pleasent, seating can be limited but as your room is never far away it was never an issue, cooling down at the end of a hot day was great. Hotel is easily accessible by public transport, about 30 minutes from the airport. A useful note; your public transport ticket is valid for 1-hour from time of validation therefore you only need 1 ticket to travel from airport to hotel or hotel to town centre. Toulouse is a lovely city and has a small town feel. The centre is packed with culture, eating and shopping opportunities, well worth a visit. You can see Beluga planes near daily, if these type of things excite you."

"It's perfect location, accesible to the airport shuttle as it is in front of the hotel . helpful staff. breakfast is okay. coffee machine is great. perfect bed, we slept like a log very comfy but the shampoo dispenser is not very clean same as chrome and window sill is muddy.. we are coming back and will recommend to friends as location wise very convenient, 8 mins walk away to sanctuary. Restaurant nd shops nearby. Thank you!"

"We love this hotel, especially for longer stays in Toulouse. It's clean, attractive, has a kitchen area, and has super friendly staff. The beds are comfy. There is a laundry room for guests. The breakfast is abundant, fresh, and delicious. The location is perfect: on a quiet street a few bus stops from the city center. I always opt for a balcony room; it's very pleasant to sit outside in the evenings. And this summer I was grateful for the air conditioned room!"
