My favorite part was that we had the beach across the street and we have a beautiful view from our room as well. We were minutes away of the New Port Cliff Walk. It was a great experience .Our stay at Newport Beach Hotel and Suites was very pleasant. Can’t wait to go back.

Great location with beach walking distance away. Rooms were very nice, clean and modern, although the walls are quite thin. Hotel is showing its age in places. Place would really benefit from a bar and cosier outdoor sitting area.

I took my daughter and her friend to Newport for a couple days to get away. I like the fact that this hotel had the beach right across the street and was close to the shopping in Newport. The hot tub wasn’t working on the rooftop deck, but that was fine. The elevator also was being repaired on day two of our stay and was out of commission until we left. We did get a text message asking if we would need help with our bags when we left which we didn’t need, but it was nice to know that it was an option if we did need it. I would definitely stay here again.
