"Everything was great. The young man who checked me in gave me tips on going to The Rock n Roll Hall of Fame and was very kind and informative! Only had one very miner problem which was quickly resolved. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good too, although we only ate one day as we were very busy everyday. "

"Check in was a little slow but we didn't mind. The room was nice and comfortable. It also had a pull out bed chair which was a nice surprise. The kids loved the water park . We didn't order any food instead ordered dominos. It was a lot cheaper. It looked like they had good food choices for decent prices though. Loved having a Starbucks in the hotel. There is a bbq restaurant you can walk outside too its basically attached. One thing i learned while we were checking out you can come before check in and enjoy everything while you are waiting on your room and also enjoy the water park the whole next day after check out."
