"Such wonderful and helpful Reception/Reservation staff! Well appointed, spacious and clean room The in-room spa bath was amazing. Felt very safe (as a solo female traveller in this instance) at the hotel. Many facilities at the hotel (ran out of time to try them all). Buffet breakfast was delicious and a highlight of my stay. Will definitely be staying here again. "

"This was everthing we needed for attending our god-daughter's wedding. The saltaff were very friendly even after having to deal with a bad customer who complained about everything and went on about what he did for a job and how the place is ment to be a 4 star place."

"Older style accomodation but really spacious and clean. Easy parking onsite and a really comfortable memory foam mattress. Great service from check-in to check-out. Always my go to stay in Cessnock. "
