"We stayed at this property for one night and reserved two rooms. Unfortunately, one of the rooms we were given had not been cleaned at all. There were no pillowcases on the bed, the pillows were left on the floor, and the curtains were wide open as if the room had just been vacated. There was trash still in the trash can, and the bathroom had clearly been used multiple times and not serviced. To make matters worse, we were told at check-in that a bagged breakfast would be provided the next...
